I guess I can go either way on the IBB call, but in that situation I think no matter what I do I just play the infield at normal depth and try to keep the damage to 1 run. Maybe that's too fatalistic, but 2 and 3 with no outs I think you just have to think in terms of minimizing damage rather than hoping for the big result.

Never walk the bases loaded. Even with a GB hitter vs a GB pitcher your odds of a DP are not good.
