You all realize with Hader pitching the 7th, the likely plan is Knebel in the 9th. Take a few innings to mentally prepare yourselves...

 

I refuse to believe that is going to happen. There's just no way. None.

 

I guess it depends if JJ is available. If he isn't not too many good options for the 9th.

Could be. I'm anticipating Burnes then Knebel. I don't think He'd go 2 innings with Hader here.

Unless shaw is injured, why CC, WHY???

 

It's a 1 run game in the 7th....taking shaw out there likely loses another at bat for him if they give up a run or two.

 

I get going aggressive to seal a win, but being reckless with the bench/subs is silly

Because Shaw can't hit lefties and he was coming out for defense anyway......

 

Still 6 outs to get in a one run game...to me that's not worth burning shaw and a bench spot there. He just hit a HR last at bat.
