What are lefties hitting off our assigned LOOGYs this year? .500?

It's certainly not good but it's not Cedeno's fault that Boone and Drake sucked so much. Cedeno has been getting a lot of ground balls and that's all you can ask.

I go back to the Scoop ab. Granderson hits there what are the Dodgers going to do? Get a lefty? You score then bring on Hader. Crowd goes nuts. It was a simple call. The crowd was so muted that ab. No one thought Scoop was going to get a hit. There is really no excuse for wasting that big spot there.

Sure, you just score. As if that was a given. No matter who bats seven times out of ten it's going to fail.

On the bright side. The two worst moves made this year were Schoop and Cedeno. DS has made several good ones. I’ll take that % that got us that here - all day! But man It feels Cedeno has not retired soembody since we got him.

Another ground ball hit against Cedeno. Now everyone will keep saying he sucks and can't get lefties out. Dang.

Well, if batter a hits and gets on base, that is by definition not getting the batter out. To a larger point, maybe there is something wrong with the defensive shifting when Cedeno pitches. Small sample size, perhaps. But maybe the defensive positioning needed adjusting with Cedeno on the mound.

Who would you bet on Granderson or Schoop? I thought so.

But getting ground balls definitely means he can get lefties out and deserves a chance to. When those ground balls get through the infield, it doesn't mean he can't get them out; it just means he didn't on that particular occasion, because baseball.

I kinda hate Cody Bellinger.

I mean, I really like him as a player, but I hate him.

I would've liked him more if we had traded for him a last year.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."
