Alright, gents. Gotta go grab the young one from Montessori. It's been a pleasure watching some awesome Brewers baseball with y'all. Best of luck in the 8th and 9th frame.

Guess that Yelich is still in his 4 year funk. A golden sombero today. Maybe move him to the number 9 in the order. What a waste of $$$.

I don’t mind if he only plays 100 games this season

Ideally in the bottom third of the batting order

I’d rather Taylor get AB’s upon his return

Again, Yelich is our best on base threat (other than Winker). Also, Yelich in 2022 vs. Taylor in 2022:

.252/.355/.383 (111 wRC+)

.233/.286/.442 (102 wRC+)

I’d love to see Wilson finish this game & have a fresh bullpen for tomorrow & Wednesday

A three inning save in a 10-0 game. So far.

10-0 shutout. What a fun opening day and first few games of the season! Tomorrow going to be a lot more difficult with Scherzer. Hopefully we can keep the good vibes flowing on offense.

Aside from Winker, top of the order certainly isn't dialed in.

Nobody should be dialed into their spot. But you also shouldn't be making changes based on 4 games. Yelich has still been our best OBP/speed threat over the past few years, and Turang is still a rookie who will inevitably experience his fair share of bumps. No need to add that pressure so early into his career. If he keeps it up into May/June, then it might be something to consider, but for now, it's better to keep things where they are while we're scoring runs.

Hopefully Counsell doesn’t take 3 months to make changes as he typically does.

Was at the game today, just getting home. I will remember the Turang GS for a long, long time. The crowd was juiced. I love when they demand a curtain call and the next at bat is already 2 pitches in.

Freddy was awesome.

These rookies are so flippin' fast.

Brian Anderson (the player) not making us miss Urias is a nice surprise.

Jesse Winker professional hitter.

Bottom half of the order is so exciting right now. When Rowdy, Contreras, etc are hitting ... I'm constantly counting going "when do the kids get back up"

I still love Dan Vogelbach.

3-1 start. Feels great.

I was at the game today. I have probably been to about 8 of the last 12 home openers. I was very amazed (not in a good way) by the crowd today There were LOTS of empty seats. I'm guessing there were a lot of no shows???  Why?

Wonder. My daughter went back to school today after her spring break of 10days finished yesterday.  So days off of school previously on OD? Or parents using vacation days for the prior week and returned working today? Had the last 2 innings interrupted picking her up from school.
