Hoby appeeciation post number 100 ………he has been awesome!

Even more remarkable with the hitters he did it against. Not just the bottom of the order or even your average team's heart of the order.

looking at the cubs schedule the rest of the way I would be surprised if this thing stays close at all.  they pretty much have to sweep us twice and get help.

I mean if they swept us twice they'd be 2 games up on us without anything else in consideration at all. I'd certainly like to avoid that outcome.

Funny how hitting can be contagious.  The bats are surely a bit hotter now than at any other time this year.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Isn’t there a saying, “ Don’t count your chicken before they hatch”. With their series against the Athletics, Rockies and Tigers not to mention the Giants and the Braves, a 4 game lead at this point is not large enough. There are way to many games left…..and the biggest factor, BASEBALL!

Okay. Let's get those runs back and not have to use Payamps and Williams.

You got half of what you wanted...

Man Wiemer's really struggling to make contact these days.

It woulda been hard to justify sending him down a few weeks ago, but with Canha, Taylor, and Frelick all doing fine and Joey being in such a funk, I’m all for it.

Let him play every day in Nashville and exorcise his demons.

Read pages 3 and 4, that should summarize most of the game for you.

Bryse Wilson and Hoby Milner came up huge.
