Only if we re-sign him!

I love Willy … but I fear he could become a Dansby Swanson & his well-deserved contract will not age well

That said - let’s enjoy his final year with the Brewers

Come on Commissioner!

Make it possible!

Why make it so hard for small-market teams and so easy for big-market teams?

How do you sleep at night, Commish?

Do we really want 30+ year old Adames, though? Turang and Ortiz are capable replacements.

We’d be better off spending Adames money on pitching.

Comish has nothing to do with it, it's all on the Player's Union.  They are the ones that won't allow the cap.

Come on Player's Union ... why do you players ruin your sport's fairness?

Don't you care about others?

I think you have given me sudden relief!

Frisbee Slider ... you are Pepto-Bismol!

Because baseball is a stupid game (example being the only Cubs SP we have hit well this year is Imanaga) I almost expect us to lose tomorrow with Freddy on the mound against a bad White Sox SP after we won against them with Crochet and Fedde starting.

I wish we would start Junk on Sunday afternoon & save Freddy for Philly on Monday night

3 of our 4 runs were on base via walk or ghost runner…….

There is a runner in corporeal form on second base to start extras, so it's not a ghost runner.

Was at the game today. I was actually a little surprised at how many Sox fans there were since they suck so bad. I heard on the radio on the way home it was bad last night as well. I definitely sounded like it was only 60/40 Brewers fans, maybe even less than that.

Wonder if they leave ectoplasmic slime on the bases.

Achilles Tendinosis, yeah I had it and it builds slowly and recedes even slower.  Basically took me nine months of zero activity.

Took me years to completely get over Achilles Tendinitis.  It is brutal.

LOL, the Cubs vs Reds Just started at 9:35

And Seiya Suzuki just dropped an easy flyball with the bases loaded. They're down 4-0 to the Reds because of it.

Nice win.  Got some breaks but that is the way it goes sometimes.

Great job by the bullpen to hold them off to allow the offense to chip away.

Thought Jackson had a good game in RF.  Not only the diving catch but is routes to fly balls and getting set up to return the throw into the infield.  Looks like he is getting more comfortable out there.

Gravy game on Sunday.  Hope we can sweep them.

Holy crap, we are 7 games up in the division? How did that suddenly happen?

7-3 last ten for Brewers versus 2-8 for Cubs.

Obviously still early and anything can happen, but that recent stretch has the Cubs closer to last place in the division (3.5 games up on the Reds) than first.

Suzuki then hit a grand slam in the bottom half of the inning and the Cubs went on to win 7-5.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.
