Am I allowed to go on a rant on how terrible this playoff system is.   If the brewers win the division again they will get no reward and basically trusted the same as a team that might be under .500.   That’s just wrong.   Wrong.   Wrong.   Wrong

go back to old system and have the two wild card teams play three games instead of one

Murphy said something yesterday in his postgame comments that everyone who follows the Brewers closely already knows. The Brewers have not been the best version of themselves the last few weeks.

Every game and series win they can get while fighting through this stretch will pay dividends later. A series win would be a good springboard heading into one of those western trips that have often been troublesome for Brewers teams over the years.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Noted. But, as we all know, money drives everything, not competitive fairness.

The old system won’t be back any sooner than the Big 10 having 10 teams who all play each other in football almost every year.

Imagine what the score would be if you would have just worried about getting Candelario out one pitch earlier.

He wasn't even far enough off to matter.  Elly got in his head.

Can’t be giving away runs like that when your own team is struggling to score.

. Sick of breathless Elly talk.

He’s pretty darn exciting. Causes havoc.

For both teams considering his defense.

Would you want him on your team?
