Does this make you ADHD/fair weathered?

Watched every game this year I'm more ADHD

Everyone in here wanted the Mets and look what happened. Comeback wins like Mets had yesterday can definitely boost a team

Crowd Boo Birds are coming out now.

Rightly so.  All this "just get in the playoffs and get hot" garbage is wearing thin.  It's not as random as this board would like it be.

Murphy has been an issue all year. Made no sense to think he would not be just because it's the playoffs.

Two errors cost the Brewers this inning. Don’t even try to blame this on Murphy

Someday we will have a manager that manages every postseason game like it’s the last one they’ll play. Especially in a 3 game series…

Yeah. Murphy should have caught that ball Chourio muffed. Get real.

Mets still have to get 12 leverage outs with a gassed pitching staff (and Severino just sat for like 30 minutes).

I don't know if we win today, and, yeah, a three-game series seems short. But you still have to win two games. So far, the Mets have won .5.

Let's be honest, we'd be doing this exact same thing regardless of who the opponent was.

Severino has been more than hittable, we've had numerous opportunities to take over the game and we shot ourselves in the foot. Again. And again. And again.

Has nothing to do with the Mets. They're nothing special. It's us.

Or had Joel cover first instead of standing on the mound lol

Disagree. No reason to take out a pitcher after 4 and 68 pitchers after retiring 9 straight. Maybe those balls aren't even hit in the first place off of Freddy. Somebody reaches, I don't question it.

The Brewers ceded the competitive advantage (letting the Mets rest their pen); the psychological  advantage, and their season hangs in the hands of Myers and Montas

Get real is such a lazy response. Payamps and Ashby getting shelled for 5 runs tells me enough. You throw your best at a team with an exhausted bullpen,

Okay so he pulls him a couple batters early. We all agreed before this none of the pitchers should face a lineup three times. Again without Jackson’s error we would have had 3 outs and no runs in

I don't have a problem with the Peralta pull. Third time through is asking for trouble with how he looked.

Bullpen and defense didn't come through, period.

Probably. I did predict a division championship and first round exit from the beginning, but extenuating circumstances had me believing this would be a walk in the park with the Mets, seeing as how they played two games and traveled over 1600 miles in the course of 24 hours.

I have no faith in postseason games anymore…feels like we are going 0-2 and we are out of it. I really don’t see how the brewers always choke? I do not get it.

It all started with the pitching change bro. Defense didn't help but bullpen being awful was huge part of this L.

Exactly. I thought it was probably three batters too early but Joel got 3 outs from the 7-8-9 hitters: or he should have if Jackson didn’t make that error.

I don't believe in the 3 times through either when a pitcher is rolling at the time. Too many dumb rules in baseball. Can't possibly use the eye test for anything.
