LHP Kyle Freeland takes the mound for Colorado.

Freeland has been expectedly effective against Milwaukee.

48 IP, 34 H, 13 BB, 11 ER and 44 K. 2.06 career ERA against Brewers

Rockies have won each of Freeland’s last five starts against Milwaukee. Each time a quality start from Freeland and three times Freeland allowed zero earned runs.

Good news: Peralta has been even more effective at Coors Field over 12 career IP.

We oughta' win with Peralta!

Brew Crew will break through!
We will put the CR in the fryer!
They will sizzle and melt!
We will not fizzle and we'll wear the game champion belt!

The early season no Brewer game withdrawal was real for me yesterday!  Excited to have them back at it and hopefully mashing in the Sunshine State.

I hope Contreras can get off the struggle bus in Colorado's thin air.  We all know his potential but there has to be a point very soon where we start at least platooning him with Haase.  Because 3 hits for the season batting .097 is one of the reasons we look kind of "blah" this season so far.  We can't blame the pitching for every loss.

His swing has looked uncomfortable all year. I hope tonight he just sees the ball and hits the ball, like Action Jackson when Jackson Jacks.

Yeh Rock tell us Freeland is a successful pitcher. Career WHIP over 1.40. more hits giving up than innings pitched and a 4.45 era.  He had one good season (2018) and has generally sucked since.

Rock isn't there but look at his record against the brewers he is like 6-0
