Twins at Brewers; Saturday, May 17 @ 6:15 p.m.: Tobias Myers (3.86 ERA, 4.57 FIP) vs. Pablo López (2.77 ERA, 2.51 FIP)

Just really bad hitting in the first. Chourio and Yelich can't take advantage of middle-middle mistakes. Frelick watches strike 1 right down the middle then swings and pitch 2 dotted down and in.

Its time to start gauging interest in our tradeable guys but the only ones with the potential to bring anything worthwhile back are Peralta and Contreras and if they are moved I just hope the return is better than we received for Burnes and Devin.

It's really sad how much better Minnesota's lineup is than ours.

Varsity versus JV indeed.

And I don't think I've heard of any of those guys.

Is there really any harm in bring up Misiorowski at this point. Can it be any worse than having a rotation of Peralta and four #5s?

And they're missing Buxton, Correa, and Willi Castro.

And TBH, Minnesota's lineup is kinda trash (at least right now).

They look like the '27 Yankees compared to this lineup for the Brewers.

Mechanically and fundamentally they are light years ahead of us.

So I went to last night's game.  Snoozefest.  Not to mention, the way they handled the Chourio bobblehead was pathetic.  Got an email saying bobble giveaway was behind section 438, top level.  Got up there, only to have to walk all the way down to level one on the ramp then join the line that started on level one, and winded all the way up the ramp, back to section 438.  What a farce.  Line moved pretty quickly, I think it took us 30-35 minutes to get back up to 438 once we figured out what was going on.

Today, considered not even turning the game on, still bitter from last night's game.  Would have been the right decision.

Yeah, okay, gonna be one of those games I see.

One of those games where the vastly superior team pounds on a bad team.

Like the Cubs rolling over the White Sox.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

The Twins are hot right now but they're not that good. And I'm saying that as a Twins fan who watches A LOT of this team. Their pitching is good but their offense is middling at best (and right now they're missing both Buxton and Correa).

If the Twins offense is middling what words would you use to describe the Brewers offense.
