Said it before:  I love this site!  Even when I'm not all that active, like today, I enjoy reading 95% of what I read in the threads and I learn something from pretty much every article.  Only quibble I have is that when I ignore users and other people quote them, they pop up in my feed.  Nothing terribly negative today, at least, and the upside here is exponentially higher, in my opinion, than other Brewers fan sites.

Always helps when they play well too!

Durbin 0-4. Golly he needs a busted bat single somewhere. This has got to be stressful in a new place.

Good thing Red Sox fans are so understanding.

I feel terrible for him.  Slow start here, but he was one of my favorite players last year.

maybe one of those guys that played well for us but will struggle elsewhere?

Just about a perfect start to the season record wise. Swept the White Sox. Had Game 1 against Tampa Bay go the wrong way, but was winnable; took the next two.

Love seeing these clutch, late 8th inning rallies that turn into wins.

The two guys I wanted to be pinch hit for in the 6th and 7th combined for 3 RBI in the 8th inning. Another wiguy94 failure and Pat Murphy masterclass. That guy is pretty good at his job, huh?

FYI-----the linescore now shows 3 errors for TB, not 4. So I assume the Ortiz ball leading off the 8th has been changed to a hit which I'm good with. Hard hit & an in-between hop.

I do see the change now and I am glad. Joey deserved the hit as much as Carson didn't deserve the error.

Yeah looks like Williams had his error removed. Good decision imo. Was scorched and a tough hop.

Miz looks completely different than before the delay.

Definitely took him out of the groove he was in, which is always a concern with a young pitcher. But like you said, locked right back in. I thought the Rays put up some pretty competitive ABs against him overall.

I love Turang but he sounds like Nuke Laloosh in interviews.  Here's a quote from the interview he did post game on field:

"Good things happen when you do things."  🤣

He managed it pretty well in the end.  Just had to struggle a bit and get through it.  Learning moment for him hopefully.

IIRC in one of McCalvy's ST articles he did quote Andy as saying he wants to pitch as much as possible. So, I guess that's happening.

Weird guy to ask 😉

Seems to me he's going to be hesitant to PH if it's a tie game & the defense would be compromised, which I'm good with.

Still ticked a bit about Monday, though, letting Hamilton & especially Mitchell swing.

That sucks. He seems like a decent guy.

That's a Yogiism if I ever heard one.

Even if it was unintentional.
