Just curious, why was it appropriate for the pandemic season, but not now?  

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of the rule at all, but I don't see why it was fine for the pandemic, but not now, what's the difference?

Durbin was good last year as a rookie but 3B in general has been a blackhole for many years now and management has done little to address it.

I don't see an end in sight with the left side of the infield, Sal swinging a pool noodle, and this bullpen. Can we tread water til mid May? I am dubious. April and all our leverage arms are cooked.

6 in a row.?.......wow. Been a long time. I guess we are now a team who fights to get into the playoff's. As opposed to a team that always went to the playoff and lost because our millionaire owners would not pay for more offense. Story old as time.....our ownership is content with Lockridge, Ortiz, etc......
