He looks like Trent Grisham to me

Trent looks like David or Mario?

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Does it matter if it's a K or ground out?

Hamilton doesn't score if Mitchell strikes out instead of grounding out.

DL Hall stinks on ice. Not even close to as advertised. Below average fastball now that used to be 80 grade. Command still really poor. Probably Arnold's worst trade, and still not a huge value discrepancy.

Honestly, I'm not sure what the benefit of pitching to Sanoja is, but I guess it didn't much look like Hall was going to get anyone out. Great piece of hitting by Sanoja too.

Hopefully the bats can make this interesting. Never gonna complain about winning 2 of 3 on the road. Now we can get back to playing the AL after an off day.

We couldn't have got more for Burnes than Hall and Ortiz?

Burnes has been injured so we'll see how well he pitches when he returns, but at this point, the Brewers end of the bargain doesn't look so great. I don't know who we acquired with the competitive draft pick.

That trade is an example of the downside to the “if we keep this guy we’ll get nothing for him” philosophy.

A season of a potential Cy Young pitcher might be worth more than what you can get for him in a trade with only one year of control left.

I hope the Peralta trade doesn’t turn out the same way. If the Brewers ever want to be serious contenders for a World Series, they might have to think about keeping some proven talent instead of stockpiling prospects who will never be as valuable.

Blake Burke.

For the trade, We only lost one year of Burnes (3.9 WAR), so last year and this year doesn't matter.

Of course, we could've probably kept Burnes, let him go in FA and still got Burke for the comp pick.

I really believed C-Rod could make it in the bigs. Throw the kitchen sink à la Chris Bassitt type of guy.

Oh well. Cmon Carlos don't lettem score

This game is as close to a forfeit as a major league game can get. With the lineup they put out there it was probably going to take a shutout to win.

I can’t say I’m looking forward to watching this Crew facing Shubal on Thursday and Skenes on Friday. No hitter alerts may be in order.

With a 1.030 OPS and hit 6 homers in the first 6 games of the season. Or if you prefer AVG he hit .300 in AA last year.

Ya never know. Maybe he's a future star.

That Mitchell K rate is not sustainable.

Makes no sense to bat him leadoff, it just amplifies the K issues.

Head to the 9th looking for a rally with Rengifo, Perkins, and Lockridge due up.  BA did a nice sell job sounding excited about it, lol
