AAA Nashville have dropped 10 of 13 games, but RHP Coleman Crow has been a bright spot (12 IP, 2 R. 12 Ks in last 2 starts). CF Brandon Lockridge makes his 5th rehab start (4-for-8 with a homer over last 2 games). The Sounds trail Charlotte 0-3 in this week’s home series.

Biloxi need another home win over Montgomery to even this week’s series. Fast-rising center field prospect Josiah Ragsdale has 7 homers in last 6 games. RHP Braylon Owens makes his 5th AA start (5.1 IP, 4 R (3 ER), 7 Ks last time out)..

20-year old RHP Jarrette Bonet has been a steady performer (33.2 IP, 15 R (12 ER), 32 Ks in last 7 starts) and leads Low-A Wilson as they seek to grab a 3-1 home series lead over Fredericksburg. LF Jose Anderson is sadly in quite the rut (1-for-29 with 19 Ks, 1 BB).

Swing and miss still a concern with Antunez but my goodness I have been really liking his approach at the plate. Very mature for his age and he just smokes the ball when he makes contact.

How crazy of a take is this?

Wilson is equally stacked as Biloxi.

Did we mention Burke hit HR #30?

So, first minor leaguers with 30 HR seasons in 25 years.  Fischer and Burke. Amazing season even if somehow enhanced by something.  But two 30-HR guys, same club, and it’s not even August. Yes

EDIT: @RedStickBrew acknowledged it. Sorry I overlooked it.

I feel that no matter what trade the Brewers make this weekend we are not going to like giving up whomever we give up.

I am about here as well. O'Rae and Boeve might be the 6th and 7th or 7th and 8th best hitters on Biloxi's roster and I'll have a sad moment for both. I like both guys a lot.
