Yeah.   It’s probably a good idea to win today which is a no harm no foul series and the standings stay the same.    Losing a game in the standings this series would suck

This is the last non Cubs weekday game home game left this year. I know this because I have some ticket vouchers I was looking at redeeming and just realized that won't be happening. I always enjoyed going to weekday games in September, kind of bummed.

What was disappointing about yesterday was falling behind by a bunch early on a day when Gilbert didn't seem on top of his game. We took advantage to some extent but when you give up seven in the first two innings.............

Mitchell had multiple good ABs for the first time in a while on Tuesday. Hope he can go today.

Well, they got the 6 before the second out.  You might have underestimated them today.  At this rate, they will save the pen, but maybe not the position player who takes the mound in the 8th.
