Ok, I realize it is going to be hard for Logan to overcome Sal Stewart with his 30+HR and 100+RBI season especially with Logan under 100 IP in the majors this year.  But I wonder if a strong post season might sway (even though it isn't "supposed" to) voters his way a bit?  Being hot at the end of the year helps.

And if you look at the race from a bWAR perspective, Logan really should be in the discussion.  I'm guessing Stewart isn't the best defender given his he offensive output and poor bWAR.

I thought all award voting had to be completed by the end of the regular season.  So, if true, Logan’s post-season effort would not be able to be considered as a way to sway voters.

I thought Wetherholt was still the favorite given his plus defense.

Logan will get votes but is certainly not going to win.

i think the consensus is now that Stewart will win convincingly

I'd be nice to see defense get the credit it's due but do you really think that's going to surpass close to double the homerun difference between the two in voter's eyes?

Yeah Stewart is almost a lock.

I wonder if Wetherholt’s chances are underrated. Even those putting Stewart first might have Wetherholt second. On the other hand, Stewart might not finish top 5 among NL rookies in WAR and could get left off a number of ballots entirely.

At 22-1 may be worth a shot.
