Now is the time to use Naylor and keep Contreras and Sanchez fresh, but I do wish it wasn't with Harrison on the mound... I'd prefer a better catcher out there to give Harrison the best shot.

Velocity was up last outing, but control was highly erratic.  There might only be a small chance he regains his pre-injury performance this year, but that upside is sure worth trying to achieve.  Miz, first half Harrison, Henderson, and May is a formidable starting lineup for the playoffs.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Pretty good start for Harrison. Good velo on the 4 seamer and good change. That wasn't a terrible location for a fastball to Reynolds for the double. Reynolds just always figures out a way to hit Brewers pitching.

Think the Harrison experiment may need to be shut down for 2026. Maybe call up Crow to eat innings in the rotation for the last week-plus of the season.

I agree something needs to be done with him.

This is encouraging so far.

Well that very quickly aged poorly.

Sad that it's just completely off the rails now, and he's not going to be on the postseason roster.

Too bad. Fine line in pro sports. Lots have it athletic but the mental game is huge part of success or failure. Same guy athletic but he's gone mentally.

I still want to give him another chance.

It's just so weird he could be SO dominant for 2/3 of the season and so hapless the last third.  His velo's still there; is he still tipping his pitches or something?
