More undisciplined football.

THIS!!!!!!!!   This is completely on LaFleur.   It is game 7 and they are still pulling this crap at the least opportune times.   Why?  Gambling?

The kicking game has been crap ever since Crosby left. Every other team can find a kicker. The Packers, no shot

Crosby and Ryan Grant are easily the two most underappreciated Packers of all time.

You think you can hurt me? I watch Wisconsin sports. You can't hurt me.

This game really made me sick to my stomach. Yes, the officiating was terrible, but the overall play and coaching were nothing to write home about either. Time for the receivers to put Stickum on their hands. Undisciplined legitimate penalties. MLF playing for ties like he did in Dallas last year. Kicker sucks. Inactivating Zeitler. I planned on watching SNF but no more. I can't watch another non-Packer NFL game anymore until things change.

Colts kicker, Spencer Shrader, bounced around for a couple years.  Once the Colts gave him a chance, he's been 36/37 on FG attempts and 35/36 on extra point attempts.  Yes, kicking in a dome is a concern.  But if the Colts really have the entire roster on the trade market, might as well kick the tires on this guy.

That’s just it.  Smack just missed 2 easy ones in a dome and others in relatively good conditions.  He’s toast.

There has been one constant to the Packers kicking game since Crosby left, and until that constant is replaced, the situation isn’t improving.

Hint: it’s not Smack, it’s not McManus, it’s not Anders Carlson, it’s not even Rich B.

Leave the head coach and the offensive staff in Detroit.

Wonder if Smack might actually get cut.

GM as well.

Team sucks. I feel nothing, no pain, no anguish. There's enough talent bubbling to the surface that all hope is not lost, but LaFleur is so stale and uninspiring I think we have already seen their ceiling. I've always felt like the line between 8 and 13 wins is very thin, and is crossed by making field goals, scoring points off turnovers, not going 5 yards on a 3 and out and missing a kick, etc. It's just the stuff that happens on the margins that makes you mediocre.

Someone will inevitably look back at this season and make the observation that they "lost so many close games" and while it's true, it's just what happens when you're average. Good teams win most of those games, the Packers can't finish.

I can't even look at today's game in a vacuum and say something LaFleur did that was really stupid. Don't have a big issue with any of the 4th downs. I just think it's the overall MLF experience. They can't run the ball at all and that's not helping.

He needs to go, but this season feels like more of a talent void on the offensive line than anything he's messing up.

What LaFleur secretly has a uni on under his active leisure clothes and doesn’t get his man blocked on the FGs?

Give me a break, LaFleur has his faults but it’s the GM that hires the kickers: Carlson, Narveson, McManus, Smack. They’ve used the same number of kickers since 2023 than they had in the prior 36 years.

Whats worse is the GM drafted Smack in the 6th round meaning he was worried someone else might get him, then he was the only kicker drafted!

MLF has zero feel for managing a game....zero.

Guty could not build a complete roster if you gave him 30 picks. Anyone paying even a minuscule amount of attention knew we the offensive line was a problem and arguably the worst in the NFL right now.

Ed Policy way over his head doing anything other than counting beans.

When the network's #1 broadcast booth and its official in the booth are taking huge segments of crunch time in the game broadcast to break down multiple terrible calls against one team instead of the actual plays happening on the field, there's a huge problem with officiating impacting game outcomes in a way they never, ever should.

Doing that in between endless sports gambling ads makes it pretty obvious what the problem could include.

It's going to be really hard to convince me that NFL officials don't have shadow "prediction market" accounts.

Roughing the passer was called like that today because the league wants it that way. Terrified of injuries to good QBs and giving their broadcasters games devoid of star QBs, especially as the talent level throughout the league slowly but surely begins to thin out.

Wonder who gets more blame for him being the long snapper? MLF or Guty?

Fire both MLF and Gutey tonight.  They suck at their jobs and are both ****** humans.

i still can’t believe this organization was morally bankrupt enough to play an absolutely awful human at running back tonight.  Just pathetic.

The Packers organization is a complete disaster right now.

it is night and day different how amazing being a brewer fan feels with such a family friendly organization …

Haha. Maybe, but Smack has been terrific from 50 plus yards, so missing the easy ones probably isn’t due to the snap.

Theres been a consistent problem with the operation the last 3 years. It isn’t always there, but Orzech (who is statistically usually one of the worst long snappers in the league) has always been the common denominator, no matter the kicker.

Smack was perfect in pre season working with Adomitis,

This isn't the first time I've heard Jacobs referred to as a terrible human being etc. It all seems drastically overboard for a situation in which almost no actual information has been dispersed. Is anyone going to change their thoughts on the matter if there is a video released and it shows him being hit repeatedly by a pool cue as has been rumored?

Of course it could be another Ray Rice video. I guess I shouldn't be, but I still get surprised by how people react so strongly to incidents like this given how many times the initial narratives end up upside down once details are learned. I keep waiting for the day people hold judgment until there's actual information to use.

Guess I don't care about it too much either way. He isn't one of my friends, just some guy who carries a football.
