I generally toss and turn a ton when I sleep and sometimes I'll do it so much I will give myself a cramp and if I don't notice it right away it will literally be like 2 minutes of me almost in tears trying to bend my heel back and then feeling it for a week or two later.

I like how Miz gets a cramp from pitching in World Series like 100 mph and his leg bending in a way it doesn't look like it's supposed to bend and landing after every pitch and we're like yeah, I slept and woke up with a cramp and I got a cramp walking to the fridge for another beer.  I guess it just goes to show we're all athletes in our own way.
