Bad idea by Counsell, but he was safe.

It looked like he was obviously out in live, but I went back and took another slow-motion look at it, and you might be right. Counsell stopped and then his foot hit 3rd about the same time the tag was applied. It could have been called either way, but I'm not surprised it was called the way it was just because it looked like one of those plays that he was obviously out.

With defense like that, I see nothing wrong with Gwynn batting 8th every day and sticking Hall at 3B. Gwynn vs Counsell at the plate? Probably a wash.

ben is not sharp at all right now....when their pitcher is battling against him, its not a good sign...however, he got out of the inning, and hopefully will settle down now

Ben's curve doesn't look like it's working for him today.

Any idea why DTV has blacked out the Brewer broadcast and given us the Pirate's guys today?

Prince smoked that one for Capps

Yeah, hard to imagine that wasn't some type of message delivered there. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

Wow you guys weren't kidding.

This TV broadcast crew sucks.

Anderson just said LaRoche was a "free agent acquisition" and now we get the "better living through chemistry" conversation.

Apparently last year , Suppan was the missing Chemical X.

It is fun to watch TGJ run, he plays a smooth outfield too.
