Kotsay playing 2 days in a row makes no sense to me. And hitting him 2nd makes even less sense. Swap him and Lucroy and I wouldn't mind it as much.

Something's gotta be wrong with Hart for him to sit out 2 days in a row. There's absolutely no reason for him to be sitting today other than an injury.

"It's not that Corey needs the day off. I just wanted to give 'Kots' another game."

If this is true, is it too early to start a "fire Ron Roenicke" thread? Ridiculous.

I think he is giving Hart some BP and more recovery time. Because watching him hitting does not look good. His at bats have looked ridiculous so no problem with a slow return. He will be in there full time very soon.

He also needs to work on tracking balls. Hard to do from the bench.

This MLB.tv's FREE game of the day! So if you're not watching this game, head over to mlb.com.
http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/mad.gif I live in Iowa so of course it's blacked out. We get neither FSN-MO nor FSN-WI and both the Cardinals and Brewers are always blacked out. The same goes for the Royals, Twins, Cubs, and White Sox, although CSN-Sports is typically available here, so that's understandable. I may have to think about purchasing MLBTV once we move south. Of course, that would probably make me horribly unproductive.

After Drew Stubbs lead off the Reds-Cubs game with a double, Dusty had Renteria bunt him over. At least Roenicke doesn't do that.

Heck of a swing on that one by gomez--although that is the type of hit that causes him to swing at pitches he shouldn't.
