The baseball is sport of my taste. As for me to be delightful it is really regular game here, it follows to the team and statistic, is possible to start to look the game.
That was translated from English to Japanese and back again.

Red velvet cake is delicious.
I'm not much of a cake person, but until recently I'd never heard of red velvet cake. What makes it strange is that the only reason I now heard of it was that Yoplait introduced a Red Velvet cake yogurt flavor.

I don't know why, but I have been laughing non-stop for 20 minutes after reading this. I need more background on this, why the translation?

What did the original English-language paragraph say?

That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

we just felt that 6.9 earthquake off the Baja peninsula here in NW Arizona. That would be the 2nd earthquake that I have felt since I've been here. At least this one I was awake for--the other one happened at 3:00 am about 10-11 years ago and lasted longer but I was in a semi-sleepy haze.

Just curious, bored, and had some time.

Dang, didn't know it would get attention or I would have saved it....something about how much I was looking forward to opening day and why. It reminds me of some funny off-color spam I get sometimes.

Software translations between English and Japanese are about as reliable as Mike Hampton. My girlfriend's friend back in Japan keeps sending her emails that she proudly translates into English with babelfish or something of that sort. You can't really decipher any meaning from any of them.

I just got home, and found a squirrel stealing from the birdhouse. Those must have been good seeds - no amount of yelling or jumping within like 5 feet of the guy made him move. In the end, I found a stick we're planning on using for trellising and a few firm smacks to his squirrel butt got him moving. That was an epic encounter.

Two winters ago, a deer was eating the bushes outside of my front door. I opened the door and stood there and yelled at it. The deer wouldn't move. Finally, he must have decided he was sick of me, and he slowly meandered off.

If I have to hear the words Tiger Woods one more time I'm going to reach down my own throat and use my intestines to strangle myself.
There needs to be a King Thames version of the bible.

Funny, I just posted something very similar in the "What's bugging you?" thread. I was personally sick of all the Tiger coverage before his press conference.

I'm simply mystified by the oversaturation coverage for Tiger, on "regular" (define that how you will) news channels, not just sports media.
Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

TMZ is the only show that at least doesn't pretend it's anything more. a news channel/show being partisan is a far second to how sensational and worthless "news" has become in general.

Well on your way to the dark side. One day smack a squirrel, next day just eat the cheese on the pizza, next day Texas Roadhouse.

See ya there after the game Sunday.

Over the last month and a half I think at least half my meals have been off the grill. I tend to grill at least 2-3 times the food I can eat and eat grilled leftovers for the next 2-3 days.

I feel like the Bernie Brewer bobblehead from last night's game is going to jump off of my bookshelf at work and attack me. Those green eyes are going to give me nightmares.

Bernie is peering into your soul. Searching for any Cubs loyalty. You should be safe from attacks, you may want to warn your coworkers though.

We grill about 8 chicken breasts, eat 3, and have the rest for salads and such. We do this all winter too.

In fact, I just made a BBQ chicken pizza with one such leftover.

Does anyone else have this problem? Often when I am driving down the highway, one of my kids in the backseat will open their window. This causes intense pain in my ears. The pain goes away when either the window is rolled up, or the other back window is rolled down in conjunction with the other one. I think this a cabin pressure issue like an airplane, but I don't remember having this problem until a couple years back.

I don't get intense pain, but I do have a pressure headache form if only one window is open. I always at least crack the other one. I have terrible sinuses and already have a pressure issue, so this just compounds it.
