Well that might have been the worst baserunning I have ever seen.

At some point RR just needs to tell these guys just to stand on the base and don't move like they are 1st graders. So many outs on the bases.

I can't say this enough, we win in spite of RRR, not because of him.

This is K-Rods 4th game in a row, an insurance run that inning was pretty darn important.

I hate this small ball bunting stupid base running nonsense.

Baserunning: They have a set a standard that is designed to confuse... the other team, the fans, and the Brewer players.

Now, for the rest of the year the other teams will be confused... waiting for what will happen next. If ahRRRRRRRRR goes back to something normal, he still has the mojo of confusion the other team needs to consider.

It is all part of a master plan.

Someone needs to explain to me what happened... gamecast.

Segura on 3rd, Herrera on 1st, 1 out. RRR has Maldonado try to bunt. Of course, he's unsuccessful and stops trying with 2 strikes. A pitch is bounced and skips a couple feet away from the catcher. Herrera tries to get to 2nd and is gunned down. Segura is then caught off of 3rd - he got back safely, but his slide took him off the bag. He broke for home, which was his only option when the 3B didn't get the tag back on him, but he obviously had no chance.

The amount of mistakes this team has somehow overcome to win games these past few days is incredible. It is like the universe just won't let them lose.
Not just “at Night” anymore.

Yes, GameDay is quite confused. And I don't blame it. Players appear on the bases when nothing (seemingly) happened. Then they suddenly disappear OUT when nothing (seemingly) happened.

Small ball was 100% the correct move up by 1 bottom of the 8th, however, RRR is too dumb to manage differently based on different situations. Maldonaldo cannot bunt. So he should not be bunting. Therefore, RRR should not have asked him to bunt. That is the first problem.

The aggressive baserunning by Herrera was not terrible, it was close and if he would have been safe it would have really increased our chances at an insurance run. The second problem was Segura just wandering 20 feet off the base doing nothing, he either should have just gone home or gone back to the base.

Luckily for the bumbling idiot RRR, it all doesn't matter

Not sure if this was mentioned before, but...

2013-14 Milwaukee Bucks: 15-67

2014 Milwaukee Brewers: 15-5

Man. Some of you guys need to settle and enjoy the wins. Baseball can be played many ways and the Brewers have their own "style". They are 15-5 and it's along season. Enjoy it!
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

I knew the Brewers would win.

While I agree with all the RRR hate they still got the W!! Let's enjoy this little ride while it last.

I will say the lineup change RRR made swapping Scooter and Segura had a positive impact on the outcome. I see Scooter as a fixture in the 2 hole for a while against RHP with Segura there against LHP.

Obviously, if/once Segura gets back on track he gets back there full time.

I am sure RR is telling guys he wants them aggressive on the base paths; its another thing to go out there and be stupid about it. I am sure RR is about as happy with how that went down as everyone here.

I really do like aggressive base running. They have run into a lot of good throwing catchers thus far and they have made a couple boneheaded mistakes. But I want guys like Segura, Braun, and Gomez running whenever they think they can.

I get the impression Gennett will grab his promotion with both hands. And he will bat number 2 for the next three years with a .320 avg, .321 obp, and 750 OPS. Very good for number two.

re the comment: "Baseball can be played many ways and the Brewers have their own "style".", I only have one thing to say: ahRRR
