I am baffled by Craig's pinch-hitting decisions tonight. First lose Santana entirely just to use Thames now this. Either you ride Woodruff for another inning there or you go with one of your better RISP hitters. Weird moves.

Looked like Arcia hit it hard off the bat, but I guess I was just being a Cubs fan for a second there.

BA often over reacts on fly balls. I used to believe him, now I do not. lol

A healthy (hopefully) Nelson, Chacin, Burnes, Woodruff and Anderson/Davies. Yum-e

Peralta is going to have a say in the matter as well...

Future looks bright!

Yes it does. Is there any more desire to go after a Patrick Corbin in FA?

Corbin will probably be expensive in an otherwise shallow FA pitcher pool. My money is on making a run at a trade for Sonny Gray.

Another head scratcher here, IMO... I get he wants Arcia for defense purposes, but just bring him in for Arcia or Perez or whoever. If you're gonna lift Woodruff for a pinch hitter, at least bring in someone who might get a hit like Shaw or Granderson..

Yeah. You don't trust Woody for a second inning against the top of the order fine. You want Orlando to play D fine. But he doesn't have to hit.

I am thinkong maybe CC wants the pitcher in Perez's spot so he can pinch hit Grandy or Santana?

Why did he not double switch out Perez when he made the last out of the 6th. Arcia would have hit 9th anyway, but they could have left Woody in for another inning. Hopefully it doesn't bite them.

I'd rather face Colorado than Clayton Kershaw.

I saw on MLB network that Kershaw is lined up to pitch Sunday. I don't see any scenario where the Dodgers are the wild card and Kershaw doesn't pitch sunday.

Remember what Yoda said:
