2019-04-08: Brewers (Chacín) at Angels (Cahill) [Brewers lose, 5-2 -- Middle of the order struggles as Braun, Shaw, Aguilar combine to go 0-for-12 with 8 strikeouts]

[topper09er]

OK, top of the order, new pitcher, let's go

[trwi7]

Nice job by Braun swinging at a pitch that was never in the zone on a 2-1 count.

[topper09er]

Nice job by Braun crushing one right at Trout

[Eye Black]

Shaw with a chance at a bit of redemption here.

[phnxcrew]

Shaw with a chance at a bit of redemption here.

Followed by the normal caveman hack at a brekkaball

[trwi7]

Shaw with a chance at a bit of redemption here.

He goes to many Bucks games.

While I’ve found out more about his sporting past, I’m still guessing most of his appearances are more for his business than not. He seemed to spend a lot of time waking around and taking pictures with people. You never know though.

People want to take pictures with him??

That’s what I thought! Most people I know want to punch him in the face!

Does he put lipstick on before the selfies?

[Eye Black]

Chase is very consistent... unfortunately it’s in a not so good way.

[owbc]

Not a bad pitch...sigh.

[topper09er]

Chase refuses to not allow a HR

[phnxcrew]

Ok. let's not discuss chase anderson ever starting again.

[trwi7]

Not a bad pitch...sigh.

That's a terrible pitch to a left handed hitter.

[brooks_quichenick]

That ball needs to be in the dirt. Ugh

[Ron Robinsons Beard]

Grass is green, water is wet, Chase gives up HRs

[Oxy]

Notso sure walking Trout is a great move when it's Anderson vs. Bour/mistakehittingleftypowerguy (it wasn't even that bad of a pitch but...welll...Anderson) Edited April 9, 2019 by Oxy

[dlk9s]

Oh man, I was so into watching my Virginia Cavaliers win the title that I forgot the Brewers were playing.

[Oxy]

It's amazing just how fast people can post here when Anderson gives up a HR.

[trwi7]

About as fast as it takes the ball to fly out. HEY YO!

We all have drafted posts just waiting to click submit when he enters a game.

[MilwaukeeBeers]

The BP depth is absolutely abysmal outside of Hader and JJ. Sad really.

[Eye Black]

Time to put the two out rally caps on.

There is no team in the majors that wouldn't be facing tough times if you took two of their top guys out of the pen. It isn't sad ... just reality.

[owbc]

Meh...not going to win many games scoring 2 runs.

[Ron Robinsons Beard]

Meh...not going to win many games scoring 2 runs.

Exactly. Chacin was fine ... pitched good enough to win had the offense not taken the evening off.

[Eye Black]

Not a good night for the middle of the order (#3-#4-#5).
