Congrats to that guy on the worst God Bless America ever sung.

Yah, that was...brutal.

Seems fitting after watching Aguilar play baseball.

Wtg Moose! Its a bullpen game now.

Aguilar takes some close pitches had to be 100% committed to swinging with Gamel running on ball 4. Arcia just missed that one another oppo field hard hit ball. It's slow, but he's he progressing.

Wow, I thought Braun’s biff catching a fly ball the other day would be the saddest defensive attempt I’d see a Brewers OFer make this year.

That by Gamel will take the crown.

Barnes comes into a tie game and strikes out Nimmo and then gets a routine fly ball and Gamel just flat out drops it. You want to see if he can pitch in late/close, and the defense lets him down.

At what point do you make a move for some right handed hitting? 28 games in for braun and Aguilar isn’t just “they’ll get better” territory when they’re supposed to be the main ciontrivutors against LHP. Disgusting

So the Mets PH for Matz after Claudio comes in, right?

The way Barnes was throwing, I'd almost rather have him face a LH pinch hitter than Claudio facing a RH pitch hitter, especially after last night. This seems like over-managing to me. Of course now Claudio gives up a solid single.

Claudio still can't get righties out.

I can't believe Stearns thought it was. It was dumb from the second he said it.

Yea, he should never face righties, but not CCs fault this time.

It is CC's fault. Barnes vs. LHB isn't ideal, but Claudio vs RHB turns all RHB into slow pitch softball sluggers. He had to know bringing in Claudio would prompt the Mets to PH a RHB. If you can't anticipate that kind of move, you're not doing your job.

I find it interesting that Lugo is referred to as "Not a hard thrower" and he's hitting 94-95. I can remember a time (not long past) when he would have been referred to as a flame thrower.

Ball for for strike thee. Not even close!

To be fair, the ump called the 3-0 pitch with the bases loaded for the Mets a strike when it was a ball.

That was my thought exactly. Both pitches were in nearly identical locations outside the strike zone.

Not just “at Night” anymore.
