I am getting way too worked up about a still fairly meaningless August baseball game.

Does back to back base hits qualify as that?

I know last inning wasn't really all his fault, but Anderson is not sharp today. Wouldn't have been a bad idea to take a shot at the lead w/RISP last AB and go to the pen early rather than try to squeeze more out of him.

We are just at the point in the season where losing a game to the lowly Pirates will throw us into completely irrational fears of a collapse. But not loving how this is going, 7 inning games are much better for us with the big 3 going.

Ehh, he gave up hard contact and fell behind hitters last inning too. There were a couple of slowly hit balls but he wasn't very good last inning either.
