2021-09-08: Phillies (Gibson) at Brewers (Peralta) [Brewers win, 4-3 -- Escobar go-ahead HR proves the difference; Crew cuts magic number to 10]

[Joseph Zarr]

Coonrod bringing that 101 heat. Yowza. Claws are out!

[yourout]

I'm getting more and more invested in the Giants/Dodgers race with our race all but over.

I want so bad for the Dodgers to end up in the WC game and lose like 3-2 and that's just it for them right there.

I have seen enough of the Phillies to know I would rather not face them in the playoffs.

[Ron Robinsons Beard]

The Reds are going to blow their playoff chances with one of the easiest September schedules in baseball.

They were mediocre in the first half. Then they had a hot streak. Now they are mediocre again (if not worse). I don't think what they are doing is super surprising.

Man the Phillies have some serious arms in the pen.

Uhhh, Coonrod looked really good.

[PeaveyFury]

Remember when there was like one reliever that threw 100mph?

I've seen enough of the Dodgers in the playoffs to know I would rather not face them if we don't have to.

Anyway, I don't expect the Phillies to sniff the postseason anyway.

[Joseph Zarr]

Calls that a ball. SMH. This ump. Do not like.

Also agree. Don't want Dodgers and don't want Phillies. Anyone else we match up well with.
