It appears the logo(s) for the Brewers City Connect uniforms might’ve been leaked.

As noted in the UniWatch article, the MKE logo has 414 incorporated into it. 

The Brew Crew font seems familiar to some sort of retro font, but I can’t put my finger on it. The “e” and “w” specifically are similar those used in the cursive Milwaukee Tool logo.

I always reserve judgment on these until the entire uniform is worn. I admit, though, I found trying to make sense of the logo difficult at first glance. With my old eyes I failed to see the 414!

i'm not a fan as well at first glance, but you are right @Julio Muchacho you need to wait to see the entire uniform modeled. As a early 40 years old man, i'm not in the target market of these anyway.

I actually see a resemblance to the old Seattle Pilots coloring/wording. Wonder if they're trying to draw on that heritage, or maybe I'm just crazy.

I see the color but not the font. I assumed it was an homage to the 80's brewers.

All these city connect jerseys scream "we're trying too hard," and this logo appears no different.  Hiding the 414 is neat in theory, but in practice feels very forced.

That said, the color scheme is great - so I'm excited to see how the full uniform looks.  I never had very high expectations given other teams' jerseys released to date, but at least they didn't go off the deep end with non-team colors like some others have.

As far as City Connect designs go, these aren't bad.

The bigger problem is that I can't stand the City Connect designs.

The CC jerseys are made for younger fans, just like the NBA ones. I love the brewers and bucks home and road uniforms, but Nike CC ones are normally bad. I'm 42, Nike isn' t marketing to me though.

Oh, definitely. I don't lament that they exist, they just aren't my thing.

Though the Southside one was pretty good and the Space City one is novel in a fun way.

Those two (White Sox and Astros) are easily the best City Connect uniforms, in my opinion.

That Diamondbacks jersey is clean.

For isolated one-off type uniform changes I think these are all fine...except for the Los Dodgers ones which didn't change hardly anything.  Which I guess is fine since the normal dodgers Unis are iconically classic and stylish and great as is, but it kinda defeats the purpose of trying to switch things up. 

 

Still, if any of them are worn for more than a series I will be annoyed.

Following up on something I mentioned earlier, the font used for the Brew Crew script appears to be UT Nickel with the B slightly closer to the more recently created Millie font, Both are indeed fonts inspired by the Milwaukee Tool logo.

also note that teams are stuck with these for 3 seasons.
