All of the things you stated may be true but still don’t lead to the conclusion that Renfroe WOULD have caught that ball. It was a hard hit ball, not that high, that landed on the warning track  

You seem to have all of this data available. What was the expected BA on that ball?

We’ll add middle relievers to the trade deadline needs for sure.  Maybe not two that suck this year.

Counsell is shying away from using his better relievers. That is a problem. Like not pitching Hader last night in the bottom of the 10th. Suter should be last up in the bullpen right now.

I typed that before that Suter threw a pitch. It seems like he’s giving up multiple runs every time he appears these days.

It was .390, which is far from a guaranteed hit, compared to Alfaro's, which had a .990 XBA. But, let's be honest. You don't really care. You're just trying to mess with me, which is pretty pathetic, dude.
