As a college baseball fan (#SMTTT), it is a real challenge to go from the comfort of Box/Williams/Hader to the chaos of college baseball.

I was just killing some time confirming my recollections, and I'm fairly confident that the ability to get competent starting pitching performances out of call-ups would have been immensely valuable to the late 90's Brewers. Take the 96 team they scored 894 Runs but allowed 899, they finished 80-82. At worst it would have been a real wild card race with even 1 league average starter in the mix. A couple of guys for filling innings and they probably eek into the wild Card (Baltimore had 88 wins that year). Anyone of current aces mixed in those years and we have a couple of playoff chases for sure and likely that one appearance in 96.

As much as I ripped Pablo before  , I'd rather have a guy get on base than a guy who either strikeout or hits a homer , with it being more strikeouts . watch Huira in the field is just painful !
