You're probably right, I've always thought it was best to save hader for extra innings in this scenario versus using him in the 9th but CC hasn't seen it that way to this point. It will certainly be interesting

It could have been cleaner, but a nice hard fought win against a good team. We're gonna have to earn each and every win we get against teams like the Giants

Slowly resigning myself to this being a team to just try to tolerate vs one to really enjoy. Even in victory. Outstanding pitching often times, everything else ranging from pedestrian to disappointing.

That was a great win.  Sometimes a team is very unlucky offensively and strands a million runners.  It's great when they can still find a way to get the win.

I know that game threads are made for hot takes but don't you ever feel any shame looking back at what you post?
There were people saying that the team "tries" for a home run too much in the midst of a game where they hit 12 singles (and the only XBH was a double).

I expected failure when there was one out and Wong and Davis were coming up.

A great feeling to wake up the morning after these West Coast games and see the Brewers win.

Well it's easy for me since I live out West.  It's nice having a game not start at 4 or 5pm.

Nice to get up in the morning and see that the Brewers were able to nurse the free runner across the plate in the 10th without getting the ball out of the infield. 
 

It would have hurt to waste another great outing from Burnes, especially with all of the scoring opportunities squandered early in the game.
