Put the glove on the base not the player.

If that's a valid statement, I never knew that before. On replay, it looked like he was tagged out to me, but no challenge from CC.

He’s hitting better than anybody on the team AND we have the DH AND he gets scraps for at bats.
Inexcusable.

He's been starting pretty much every day lately. The only times he hasn't started was against two lefties, which he struggles against. McCutchen should still be the DH over Hiura against LHP.

If baffles me that you still see more Yelich swag being worn by fans at AmFam than any other player, and by a wide margin. Maybe get some Burnes or Woodruff gear instead. Players that are actually good.

The player has to reach the base, so drop the glove in front. If they slide over it, so be it; if you're reaching to tag him they're likely going to touch the base first.

This all happens so quick so it's hard to fault the player but it's also kind of one of those things.

It's that Wisconsin frugality.

"I paid good money for this 22 jersey; I'm going to wear it!"  haha

Those fans probably purchased Yelich gear before he broke his kneecap.  He's been pretty worthless since.

I stopped buying jerseys of players.  Just have Brewers on the front and blank on the back.

Ben Sheet's strikeout record is already in peril.

Not unless Woodruff can strike out 11 more in 3 innings.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

I love how on some of these plays Schroeder says “not even close” when you see it in slow motion.

A play like that is close, but it was clear that he was safe when slowed down.

It was clear he was safe live.

At this point, how do you even approach burnes or woodruff with an extension? It would take 40 million per year to keep them with this lineup

What does the lineup have to do with how much Woodruff and Burnes will cost in free agency?

I think he means that they have no desire to play on a team that provides them no run support.
