Dodgers missing the postseason this season was one of my bold preseason predictions. I'm sticking to it. Lost too many guys and did nothing to replace them. Relying on Betts and Freeman to carry them.

Rumor is Betts is going to be playing SS tomorrow. He's played 112 professional innings at SS all the way back in 2011 and 2012 in rookie ball and low-A

Yeah. It's one thing if he were going to play 2B, as that was his main position coming up through the minors. But putting him at SS just reaks of desperation to me. I wouldn't be shocked if he managed to pull it off though. Dude is different.
