Divisional Round: Packers @ 49ers - Saturday, Jan 20th 7:15pm (Fox)

They're kids and they choked it away. Very unfortunate. I hope the 49ers get their teeth kicked in by whoever they play next week.

Don't even know what he was thinking there. That was Raiders game love right there.

Yeah, that's gut-wrenching...

BUT...there's a lot of positives to take from this season...not that anyone wants to hear that right now.

I really can't give the 49ers much credit for this one. This was just a straight-up gag job

Same. Going into this game I told myself no matter what happens I'll be happy how the season went. But when you squander opportunities that results in losing a game you should've won, things change. This one's gonna hurt for a while.

I'm not even mad.  Just where we were to begin the year we had no business being in this game.  But they played like they belonged.  They did basically choke in the 4th, but it is a young team.  I'm still very proud of the year they had and am looking forward to the hopefully Joe barryless future.

Remember what Yoda said:

"Cubs lead to Cardinals. Cardinals lead to dislike. Dislike leads to hate. Hate leads to constipation."

The 49ers didn’t win this game. The Packers gave this away bad. They are young. They will learn.

Yeah...gonna try to not get too upset about this.

Got a lot of premium picks. Go out, fortify the OL, keep adding talent and Love will learn from this.

But JFC, that's a chance for Love to etch himself into Packer lore...

I honestly don't know that the 49ers could have played much worse than they did.

I think that pretty much puts to bed any chance of Barry being back next year.

I don't think that was Barry's fault...but vs a QB like Purdy, you need to make him earn it.

We just sat back and hoped he'd make a mistake.

So it's not all bad.

Seems to usually end like that for us but wowzers did we blow this one.

Purdy was pretty terrible, we didn't catch his INTs.

We kicked too many FGs and then of course missed the biggest one of the night.

I think the mantra will be that nobody expected them to get this far but meh, they really, really should have gone farther.

Feels like the same old crap again, to be cynical but honest. Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory in classic Packer fashion.

Young and growth and yadda yadda yadda but nothing next year is guaranteed. They blew it again and had a weak field in this conference.

Missed opportunities. Missed opportunities. Missed opportunities.

This will be remembered as a “woulda, coulda, shoulda” loss.

Team grew up this season. Future looks good. But this could have been a magical playoff run out of somewhat nowhere.

Youngest team since the NFL merger.

Zach Tom going down with injury was a killer. Not that Nijman was bad, but...Tom was the one guy who you could really count on to hold up vs Bosa/Young.

They just played two of the Top 3 offenses in football and they gave up an inflated 32 points to the Cowboys (honestly a solid performance) and 24 to the 49ers….on the road. Heck his dudes should have caught two INTs today.

I don’t know…I get Barry has been the guy to blame for years…but this seems like an odd time to bang that drum.

Yeah, it’d be cool to make a playoff run with our best lineman healthy the whole way again someday…

Yeah, on the one hand, all the upward trends and positives remain true, but…I’ve got scars, man. Really could have used a reason to think this team wouldn’t die the same old death again.

And for as good as he's been the last few games that fourth quarter will certainly not bringing back comparisons to Brady,

Love's last throw is very concerning to me. I'm going to try not to read into it all spring and summer but good grief was that stupid. You're at the 40 with 2 timeouts. 40 seconds is an eternity and you're down by 3, albeit your kicker is useless.

That was a horrific throw and he was horrendous in the 2nd half. If that is what we're going to get on a game winning drive, yikes.
