Honestly, great win today. You're going to lose series' throughout a season, no avoiding that, but you'd like to not get swept and stay out of those prolonged losing steaks. Nice job doing that today.

Doesn't matter how good your offense is, you have to be able to win close games. Especially to prevent a couple of bad games from snowballing. Great stuff.

Ha ha, King pitches an 7.2 inning 2 hitter with ten strikeouts. Take the loss! 

Lot of Brewer pitchers have had the same fate in past seasons.

Sucks to lose a series. However, very glad to steal game 3 and avoid the sweep. I'd be livid if I was a Padres fan.

That's a theft, but you sort of feel like the Padres stole game 1 with that weird big inning.

Give Uribe a lot of credit, not just for finding the strikeout stuff after a rude greeting, but for that really great play to end the top of the 8th.

I thought the April schedule was really difficult. Still got that Yankees-Rays week to navigate, but 11-6 is a great, great start. Let's hope the more solid part of the rotation can win us a series in STL.

I like the pitch clock a lot, but I'd argue for it to be like 2-3 seconds longer per pitch. 18 with no one on, 20 with runners on.
