Not enough negativity.

I forget our daily game thread grievances. Allowing a run in the first inning. Batting orders, strikeouts, leaving starter in too long, taking starter out too early. I’m sure I’ll remember tomorrow.

We are the worst team in baseball at scoring a runner from third with less than two outs. I know this to be true.

Rodon is gonna' wish Yankees Stadium was snowed on!
Because the Brewers will be on 'em!  He will lose it and throw a tauntrum!

Have a Snapple while we take a big bite out of The Apple!

Fred will be the NY Dread!
I don't care about anything ESPN said!
Take that, Unfair Rob Manfred!

We are also the best at scoring runs by heading home at possibly imprudent times...and the best at getting thrown out at home.  The former will be ignored or called "lucky", the latter will be endlessly complained about every single time it happens.

I think the Yankees World Series run last season has made unrealistic expectations for Yankees fans this season.

Losing Soto? Relying on Judge to be Babe Ruth? Trading from rotation depth to get a superstar closer who just may fall apart under the pressure of that city?

I don't know, I just don't see the Yankees being World Series level this season, and I say they miss the playoffs, finishing behind the Red Sox and the Rays, and missing the last WC spots to some combination of the Mariners, Twins, Tigers, Royals, and/or Guardians.

A “Game over” proclamation in the second inning is a timeless classic.

"Go ahead. Try to disagree with me. I dare you." Jeffrey Leonard.

The "Trolls" usually aren't that bad until we play the Cubs. Then are in full force.

Have to call the game over if they get down by more than one run before the 5th inning.

Not bunting, bunting

"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

Freddy will have a Freddy First Inning.  That'll bring the negativity.

Here’s hoping he is better today than in his final warm up in Spring Training - 3.1 innings & 10 ER

So this game is blacked out, only available on ESPN?   My MLB.TV subscription is saying that.    Anybody else out of market having the same problem?    I don't subscribe to those big-box streaming services for live tv.

Stupid national broadcasts.   It's bad enough I get blacked out for those, stuff on Apple, and Brewers/Rangers and Astros games.   BAN the blackout!

Thanks for the info Frisbee
