Seriously, though, we needed that one on Thursday. And probably deserved it. But that's baseball.

We need pitching reinforcements. We get through this next week or two okay, I'll feel pretty good. Still think we just need to be within a game or two of .500 end of April. At that point, we'll have a lot of the tough travel out of the way.

A lot of these are obvious balls well not obvious to the HP umpire.

The umpires are starting to make the games impossible to watch with their horrible calls.  The calls are just obviously bad and nothing is being done to correct the issues.  If an umpire continues to call bad balls and strikes they need to be either fired or demoted back down to the minors.  There needs to be some more accountability from the umpires and MLB.

What more can you say about this series other than an embarrassment in all phases of the game.  Bad umpiring or not, this has been a poop show.

It doesn’t help the morale that Yelich, Contreras, and Chourio have all looked awful at the plate.
