Anderson is another reliver who is pitching significantly more innings and more often this year than last. He has 62 appearances in MLB and 2 in AAA this year  compared to 23 in MLB and 26 in AAA last year.

Bauers and Vaughn are better for this team and are going to be on playoff roster.   He won’t.   Why waste time on him.    Maybe he can give us a big pinch hit these last 6-7 games

I think the biggest bummer to me about this game is that a -6 run differential really makes a dent in our chances to finish the year over a cool +200 in that category. It doesn't make any difference to getting to the promised land, of course, but I would have liked to have been able to say they were the only team in baseball this year that was over that threshold. It would have been cool.

No idea. Media hasn't asked so i guess he had the nerve to get hurt playing baseball. Now you can argue Vaughn took his job. Nothing explain banishing him to Nashville for a month. Isn't Tobias Meyers a little bit better than Grant Anderson? Just asking because Anderson's ERA is like 6.50 his last 7 appearences.  But we were never in this one after the 5th anyway.

Might as well use him while they have him for another month. Might have a pinch hit situation where they call his name. Would be nice if he had some recent game swings before that. We all know he is streaky, Maybe he gets hot in his role.
