But if you are injured and can only give 85% I would sit them also or IL them.  Has nothing at all to do with coddling them. Its performance based.

Logan Henderson is really good. I'd rather bet on him figuring out a way to stay healthy than trade him.

I never said Lara shouldn't be playing. I pointed out reasons why he would be on the bench yesterday, and why it was understandable under the circumstances.

Of freaking course, Lara shouldn't be on the bench the entire week and should be playing most days.

Kind of like JJ (reliability-wise), but a stronger arm.

 

Hopefully he matures into a 25 HR guy like JJ did.

 

He's already a better SS than JJ ever was.
