I overlooked Ragsdale completely when he was drafted. Kudos to the development staff and him for making adjustments. His swing looks sustainable.

The question will be for some of these guys - is this true offensive development (ie Ragsdale finding power he didn't have), or just whatever "not juiced" ball we are seeing in most of the minors??

I mean Burke and Fischer have legit power, but those HR numbers are crazy compared to the past 10 years or so.

Paul Hoff. His season hits like the finest Buchholzer Festbier. Let's ensure we get this German stalwart out of the humid tropics into the dry desert heat in 2027 (or, late summer).

Hoff is a Mensch among Kinder

The list of players deserving of a promotion seems to be getting pretty long. With draft picks coming up and those needs I can see a bunch of AAA cuts coming if we dont trade to many players.

Braylon Payne with 2 HR tonight. 108 EV to the deepest part of the park in right center and 106 EV to straightaway CF.

How is Bitotni ranked in-The Brewers system ? Does he have a future position spot? What type of power does he bring?

I think ranked in the 15-20 range. He has the best raw power in the system, but his swing and miss stuff is the biggest issue.  He is a future 1B, but has been playing some 3B, but with his height/size, I don't see him playing there long term, but he is athletic enough to handle 1B and that height/range can help.

Ragsdale sees his old OF mate Payne hits 2 HR, and says "Yeah I can do that". Man alive. T-Rats and Shuckers offense is on tonight. And Harrison with 5 solid innings of work.

EDIT: Harrison is back out for the 6th in Wisconsin - ok good sign I guess

Might as well trade the entirety of the position players in AAA and just bump both AA and A+ rosters up a level. Gracious.

I haven't decided if I want to put that statement in blue yet.

Harrison out after about 70 pitches, goes 5.2 IP of 1-hit and 3 BB with 5K.

DeBerry struggling a bit here now at about 90 pitches, a run in and runners on the corners. Will he stay or come out?

Deberry felt like he got squeezed by the ump tonight. He’s out Garcia is in now

I thought the same thing yesterday, Adams, Miller, and very maybe Wilken are likely the only guys with upside. Most of the AA lineup and about 1/2 the A+ lineups are deserving of a promotion.

In the bottom of the 9th Frias just took 2 of the largest hacks I have seen all season in the minors... I am talking A++ lol. My goodness that kid has bat speed. He gets down in count 1-2 and still gets his A-swing off to rope a triple 106 MPH off the bat. Maybe a bit too aggressive that AB but hey if it works! Antunez singles him home with a nice piece of hitting to the opposite field and then a SB.

WILSON is FUN!

Antunez is a swinger/hacker.  Man foul and just a big hack for strike 2.  Then a nice oppo field single to drive in Frias.

Antunez drives in Frias in Wilson (both were IFA in 2025 and in the DSL last year). Yeah 3-3 tied game, and Antunez steals the base.

As someone mentioned 15-20 but he is still super young. Yeli is done after 2028 and I think his timeline is perfect for Bitonti. Between Fischer, Burke, Adams, and Bitonti they should have 3 guys to platoon 1B and DH, while giving Made an occasional break at 3B and hopefully 1 or 2 of them can be a 5th OF like Bauers. That is a lot of power and quality middle of the order bats.

Honestly, given the developments the past month or so between Wisconsin and Biloxi, I forgot the Brewers had an affiliate in Nashville.
