NOW you want to make a trade?

I’d love to have Urena for five years in a Brewers uniform

He would likely cost far more than any available trade candidate

I’m surprised that Hamilton and Ortiz seem to be in almost a strict platoon.

Why? Murphy loves it because he can just blame it on well the pitcher was right handed. Don't blame me. It's not a good look at all.

I couldn't tell you about Brewers.tv, but for someone based outside the US with mlb.tv, the game is unavailable. And Peacock is US only, so couldn't pay to watch the game even if I wanted to.

I'm outside the US (UK) and watching on Mlb.tv, for whatever it's worth.

Base hit so far on slider, cutter, cutter. Contreras is not a good pitch caller at all.

Plus he can’t hit

Velocity is down a bit for Miz today by 2 mph roughly. I know they said it was gonna be hot today

After he had to leave after 5 innings in his last start I wonder if he’ll be headed for the IL soon.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Another cutter?

I feel like 90% of the hard hit balls off Miz are cutters.  Can we just put that pitch on hiatus, fix it in the lab, and bring it bacl next year?

Wild Bill hasn’t really done himself any favors for his free agency stock this season. Still would prefer to keep him but it’s no longer a “what are we going to do without this guy, he’s arguably our team MVP” situation.

Can't help but think there's a load management IL stint coming for Miz.

I was just thinking the same thing.

Why not throw straight fastball every pitch?

Because I'd like him not to have Tommy John surgery next month. He's most likely to have one sometime in his career throwing the way he does.

You think you can hurt me? I watch Wisconsin sports. You can't hurt me.

That’s exactly what you want to do with the top of the order up and a 2 run deficit, Hamilton. Make outs on the bases.

I do not get it.  They didn't touch his fastball, here's a few cutters for some reason and now we're down 2-0 because of it.

I thought breaking balls we’re more stressful on the elbow / arm than fastballs
