I'm really surprised none of you are big league managers, or Managers at any level(other than tee ball or little league), because you all sure seem to think you have all the answers.

I’m really surprised you’re not a big league general manager, or general manager at any level (other than tee ball or little league). You would have loaded this roster up with power hitters, which you have reminded us many times is our biggest organization failure.

Not loaded it up, but I sure as hell would have some LEGIT power hitters on the roster, you know the same thing many of you complain about(and with good reason) that the team won't win in the playoffs without power hitters etc. It's not rocket science but they sure do treat it like it is.

I mean you don’t see the irony here at all? The guy constantly armchair GM’ing the Brewers criticizing armchair managers in a game thread?

Hey we're doing great, should I read back and see what the hive mind was thinking 20 minutes ago?

This game is, and was 20 minutes ago, still winnable.

That doesn’t change that we still have a Kyle Harrison problem, which is the bigger picture issue than winning or losing today.

If the fourth inning is not too early to pinch it for your best hitter then it's certainly not too early to pinch it for your worst

This is a Sproat like performance.  Dominate for a few innings, and then completely lose it, control and composure.

Terrible AB from Naylor.

You guys continually criticize Murph's lineups etc(sure he's not perfect), but many sports fans fail to realize or understand that a manager or Coach is only responsible for so much. He isn't out there playing defense, or hitting or anything else. It's on the players to perform, no matter where they are in the lineup etc.

There is more than a few of us here that maintain Murphy is a great clubhouse manager. Possibly the best in the bigs but he's a very average game day coach

okay, great.

Then it should not be difficult for you to admit that Matt Arnold can assemble a professional baseball roster far better than you or any of us could.

And yet they still have the best record in baseball and been one of the best teams in the league while becoming manager
