Yes

He's put up great numbers... but he's also 31 and doesn't have great stuff...

He'd be called a dominant closer for sure, but not an intimidating one. Mid 90s FB, great Chance. Poor man's version of Williams IMO.

Yelich is now down to a .679 playoff OPS, so we can also stop acting like he’s been an essential cog in the lineup.

Yeah, he’s had a big hit here and there. A lot of dudes have.

And his big hit yesterday came on a ball that probably should have been caught

No... it wasn't a ball that "should have been caught." That was a bullet that would have been an INCREIDBLE play.

Got lucky on Deluca’s chopper being called foul.

Maybe. I think he's just throw out there, but, moot point I suppose.

I don't think he was running.  Not initially, anyway.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Wow, that was a terrible decision to send him...

Wow - you think this board can be critical - I bet Rays fans are thinking the same thing we are right now.   Why?

That was dumb, thank you

I could've thrown out Hicks from that spot in LF...

Did anyone else think Chourio kinda slowed up and seemed kinda shocked that they sent Hicks there?

They have given away 3 outs in this game and 2 in this inning.
