This is great! I've got a friend who is a Red Sox fan and he always derided Brady as a "no-hustle chump" based on one play he saw while attending a Brewers game.

good for brady, he deserves to be in a pennant race, even as a 5th outfielder. I too thought he would get a minor league contact and have to earn a spot on the major league roster. Guess there is always a spot for a guy who gives everything he's got all of the time.

The two aren't mutually exclusive. He did have to settle for a minor league deal from the Red Sox.
