2011-04-07 Braves at Brewers - [Brewers win, 4-2; WSSP Post-Game Audio now available at tail end of thread]

[Gobias Industries]

dang. we've had way too many lineouts this series.

[BuckyBrewer61]

Agree, though the Braves could complain of the same, particularly in the first few innings of yesterday's game.

[bjkrautk]

For anyone interested in watching, Morgan's Plushdamental catch to end the top of the 6th is available on Gameday.

[topper09er]

Lets go Sergio

It seems they've let a few chances for late inning runs get away in this series. Hopefully Prince can cash this one in.

Edit: He did, sort of.

[owbc]

I'll take even one run here but a bomb would sure be nice.

Edit: Here's a chance for Tony to ascent to cult status

[prophet]

Casey's First homer would be beautiful here.

[brewtank34]

well, you just may get it

[PrinceEatMeat]

And McGehee fails again. Ugh. But...It's Tony Plush time!

[COBrewerfan]

Casey has been a huge rally killer today.

[SoCal Brew Crew Fan]

...and so it goes to Tony Plush to keep the rally alive...

[MillerParkSouth]

Casey has been absolutely brutal so far this year. If we lose a close one, this inning will be the reason why.

[hawing]

Oh, Fredi. Don't you realize YuBet will not hit if I am not at the park? Oh, well, c'mon, Plush.

[jjkoestler]

DFA Tony Plush

[PrinceEatMeat]

Well, that sucks, but I didn't expect Plush to hit the lefty. He has never been able to in his career. It's ok, I still love you Plush!

[cnycerveceros]

I'm a bit of a pessimist, but it seems that the Brewers always get us right on the verge of a fun/relaxing win to watch, and then keep it close. Probably all teams do this.

[thablingster]

A true gentleman doesn't run up the score. It's okay, Tony. Just get 'em on defense.

[wibadgers23]

Major fail by the offense again. Casey has stunk it up so far.

[owbc]

The nice thing about having improved pitching is that we do not have to get as angry every time the offense blows an opportunity.

[endaround]

Loe vs Heyward....

[MillerParkSouth]

please put Braddock in here

[davemakovec]

I hope leaving Loe in doesn't bite us here...

[PrinceEatMeat]

I would've used Braddock this inning because of the lefties, but hopefully it won't matter.

[Tailgat0r76]

C'mon Loe! Bail out your skipper here...

[cnycerveceros]

It never ceases to amaze me how quickly a game can get tight like this. Grounder past weeks, one through the middle, and now here we are with bases loaded. All with two outs, all after loading the bases and getting one run from the 4 and 5 hitters. Ugh.
