Thames!!!

[wildcat83]

Thames loves April!!!!!

[liveforoctober]

The Cubs just paid like $1.5 million for that home run ... or something like that.

[adambr2]

Yet some people want Braun every single day at 1st and Thames just riding the pine for some reason. Stay hot Thames. If you've watched him this year he's actually been really unlucky so far too. Ridiculously low BABIP.

[wildcat83]

Braun is the exact opposite of locked in. Man has he swung at some bad pitches the past few days.

[adambr2]

Well, Davies' great start going to crap in a hurry against the bottom of the order. Would be nice just to get out of this inning tied.

[82brewcrew82]

They better hope they got this.

[owbc]

Sure looks safe to me.

Edit: angle on 1B side looked out. Good call.

[jerichoholicninja]

Out.

[adambr2]

Not conclusive, Joey boy.

[rcc]

Good thinking for Davies. Should be out and it is.

[adambr2]

Sure looks safe to me.

Looked like it to me too. But "looks like" isn't enough to overturn a call, or at least it's not supposed to be.

[AKCheesehead]

It's really hard to tell if the tag was on him before or after his knee got on the plate. Lead foot definitely didn't touch home.

[wildcat83]

Very risky, but nice play by Davies to cut down the runner at home.

[wildcat83]

Pitcher on deck, why not just put him on?

[AKCheesehead]

I'd probably rather he just walk him here now that it's 3-0

[AKCheesehead]

Pitcher on deck and Happ looks lost. Do not throw a strike.

[wildcat83]

I'd probably rather he just walk him here now that it's 3-0

Yep, especially with a struggling Happ after Darvish.

[adambr2]

Pitcher on deck, why not just put him on?

If there were 2 out it would be a no-brainer. 1 out . ..eh. You've still got to deal with the leadoff guy with the bases loaded, asking for a big inning if something goes wrong.

Just tuned in to your game and was surprised to hear more boos than cheers when that call was upheld. I thought that drivers' licences were required to keep Chicago fans away....what's the story?

[adambr2]

Surprised Darvish even took the bat off his shoulders once much less 3 hacks at it.

Lot of WI people buy 20 game packs, then sell opening day and some of these premium games for profit to basically cover the rest of their games.

[adambr2]

Wow got out of it!

[wildcat83]

Wow, great job by Davies to get out of that mess.
