A couple of weeks ago Lester had a similar start and someone on here said it was a bad start. I said the board would be ecstatic about a start like that form one of our pitchers. We just got it and the board is ecstatic. Great start by Chacin.
but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave

I know, right? I'll take looking average and zero runs allowed over looking great and two runs allowed every time.

It's no different than any other out with no runners on base, but boy, it must feel bad to strikeout as a pinch hitter.

Of course. Results aren't always indicative of performance. Chacin definitely didn't have his best stuff today, but 5 scoreless? Heck yeah, we will take it. No style points needed in October.
