2018-10-05 (NLDS Game #2): Rockies (Anderson) at Brewers (Chacín) 3:15 PM CDT [Brewers win, 4-0]

Yet another first pitch out for Cain. Even Broxton lasts three pitches.

Yet another first pitch out for Cain. Even Broxton lasts three pitches.

Haha. Not by choice.

[LouisEly]

Just make one mistake... one mistake...

[SRB]

Cain has been bad.

By what metric? No he hasnt

[adambr2]

They wanted nothing to do with Yelich.

[adambr2]

Ok Braun. Here's your chance.

[dlk9s]

Oh man, that was a nice curve to Braun on the first pitch.

[OnaBadger58]

C'mon playoff Braun

[dlk9s]

Braun just cannot deal with high fastballs.

[jerichoholicninja]

Look like a bunch of JV hitters swinging at pitches at their eyes.

[coolhandluke121]

They kept 14 hitters, and they have 4 fully rested starters in the pen (Guerra, Miley, Peralta, Gio). I love them but that was just dumb. Edited October 5, 2018 by coolhandluke121

[LouisEly]

Swinging at another pitch up and likely out of the zone.

[adambr2]

7 years ago not a guy you would have rather had up there. Not so much anymore.

[jason21nl]

Damn

[ReverendBrewmeister]

Totally squandered that inning. Need to convert RISP into runs.

[HarveysWBs]

Oy vey. That was a tease.

[MoreTrife]

Aggravating game so far.

[82brewcrew82]

LOL

[folly412]

Lay. off. the. high. fastball.

[YelichPosse]

These guys need to freaking take some pitches and make him work. Take a cue from the MVP. It’s embarassing the amount of people left on base so far in this series

On BAD swings at BALLS

2018 season summary right there.

[jason21nl]

I don’t like Chacin pitching here

[HarveysWBs]

Do you think Yelich yelled and waved at Braun as he jogged back to the dugout after that brutal out?

[KeithStone53151]

I don’t like Chacin pitching here

We could use some length from Chacin today as we used many of our better relievers yesterday. I'm guessing Guerra and GG are first options behind Chacin, and that those 3 need to bridge at least through 6 before we go to the short relievers.
