Of all people they decide to “mic up” Kratz??

Kratz looks like the type of guy who would swear by saying "Oh Gosh" so I bet they wanted someone they wouldn't have to bleep.

Dang. Wish that would’ve went through because I’m greedy!
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

He played for NY. It was either him or Granderson as that's the only two player's names they could pronounce

Kratz is a Mennonite from out here in PA. Might be on to something.

Man Burnes is a stud.
"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

Burnes at 23 pitches, I'd almost just let him go for 3.0 IP rather than add yet more innings to Jeffress' workload

I know most here are diehard fans. Am I the only one that thinks that Erik Kratz being a Mennonite is one of the most obscure facts of any current Brewer?

Burnes looking amazing! I kinda want him to try and close this out, but I realize that's unlikely with his spot up next and Jeffress ready. Anyway, fantastic, fantastic job by him and this bullpen so far. Just three more outs for the NLCS, Jeremy! Let's tack on some runs and not get complacent!
